Reporting an Integrity Issue

This site allows you to make a report to the American Football Queensland (AFQ) relating to any allegations that may contravene the AFQ’s Rules and Policies. This includes but not limited to complaints relating to vilification, discrimination, wagering, illicit substances, concerns involving children or minors, grooming, sexual or physical assault, along with security or risk related concerns identified at our AFQ affiliated venues or events.

Here, you have the option to:

Make an online portal report (anonymously if preferred).
Make a report via email to integrity@afq.org.au or call 1800 161 361 (Sports Integrity Australia)
Be directed to further information on Safeguarding Children and Young People and/or Respect and Responsibility.

Both the online portal reporting system and the email reporting system are intended to facilitate the providing of information relevant to the remit of the AFQ and connected affiliated organisations. A person making a report will only be contacted by an AFQ staff member where necessary. If the matter reported is assessed as more appropriately dealt with by an associated League or Club, the information will be shared with such entity for assessment and management.
